Topics include developing effective job descriptions, compensation best practices and hiring selection practices. Upon completion of the course property managers should feel more comfortable about how to better fill staffing needs.

This is a recently recorded virtual class. The video has been slightly edited to fit a video delivery method. The course student materials (in pdf format) are printable and are the same materials as used in the virtual delivery therefore there may be some interaction points that you will not use viewing the video.
