Real Estate Post-Licensing

EaglesARE^® real estate school Post-License Courses provide the essential tools to complete the post licensing education requirement when and how you want to. With self-paced online courses, you can complete coursework from anywhere, on your own time, and at your own speed.

Licensees must complete 30 hours of post licensing by the end of their first year licensed. You can purchase the courses one at a time or purchase them as a bundle.

Each of our continuing education and post licensing courses contain the required topics for license renewal as well as provide you with current industry trends. They are designed to be informative but easy to complete.

Once you have completed your course, we will promptly submit your completion to the Department of Professional Occupation and Regulation, DPOR.

4 Easy Steps to Completing your PL Correspondence Courses:

Step 1 – 1. Sign up for an account here.

Step 2 – Purchase your course. Everything you need is in the course i.e., materials (printable), course exam, affidavit (printable), and your certificate (printable). You have 120 days to complete the course.

Step 3 – Take the course Final Exam and receive instant grading. You need a 75% or better. You may take the test as often as is necessary to achieve the score.
Once you achieve the passing score you will have completed the course. Your certificate will be available for printing and it will alert us to submit your credits to DPOR/VREB.

Step 4 – Print your Course Completion Certificate, and have the Exam Certification and Affidavit notarized and keep with your certificate. DO NOT send it to us.
