Blake Hegeman brings his extensive real estate expertise to Eagles Academy of Real Estate. With 17 years of experience in real estate, corporate, regulatory, and nonprofit association law, Blake has served as General Counsel for The Long & Foster Companies, Inc., and Deputy General Counsel for Virginia REALTORS®. Currently he serves as Director of Risk Management for OMG. His wealth of knowledge and experience will greatly support our mission and enhance our educational offerings.
Tyler will be spearheading our legislative seminars. With his extensive background in real estate legislation and advocacy, Tyler is uniquely positioned to provide insightful and engaging seminars that will keep our students informed about the latest developments and trends in real estate law. His expertise will be instrumental in helping our students navigate the complexities of the real estate industry and stay ahead of the curve.
As director of the Legislative Strategies Group, a division of OMG, Tyler brings over 20 years of legislative and lobbying experience. His expertise spans local, state, and national issues affecting the regulation and governance of business and trade associations. Tyler provides legislative real estate updates to Eagles Academy of Real Estate and is available for virtual seminars.
